Each year prior to the start of football training camps we make a Special Offer to select current and former clients and customers of Logical Approach to join us for the upcoming football season. For more than two decades Logical Approach has been providing quality, honest and winning football advice and selections. Many of you have been with us for one or more seasons and have profited from the hard work we put in, not just during the football season, but year round, in making Logical Approach one of the most respected and successful sports handicapping advisory and information services in history.

For years we have generally made our annual pre-season offer by regular mail only but with the advent of the Internet we are able to reach out to more people and provide our information on a more widespread basis. Thus while a number of you may receive this offer by regular surface mail, this e-mail insures that you will be amongst the first to learn of our plans, and take advantage of our special discounts.

For the 2008 football season we will again be offering a single Premium Selections Service that features our best, top rated releases in college and pro football each week. Our expertise over the years has been in the NFL and although we generally get off to a good start early in the season, especially in handicapping Overs and Unders, we consistently hit our stride over the second half of the season which explains why Logical Approach's founder, Andrew Iskoe, has had several Top Ten finishes in the prestigious Las Vegas Hilton SuperContest since moving to Las Vegas in 1991 and why he has also had multiple TOP 3 FINISHES in season-long football contests capturing numerous weekly and season long prizes.

Over the past several seasons, however, our strength has been greater in college football where Logical Approach's Andy Iskoe has routinely finished in the money in severl Las Vegas College Football Handicapping Contests. In 2006 2 of his 3 entries finished second and third in the LeRoys College Football Contest. 2007 produced another in-the money-finish.


We pride ourselves on having one -- and only one -- Premium Selections Package. All subscribers receive the same, identical selections, week after week, season after season.

DISTINCTION BETWEEN OUR PREMIUM SELECTIONS SERVICE & COLLEGE/PRO NEWSLETTER

Although our College & Pro Football Newsletter Selections have consistently been winners and will serve the needs of most small to moderate players, Newsletters by themselves have limitations in that they can only assess a limited amount of information prior to publication on Sunday evenings/Monday mornings.

Our Premiums Selection Service (also known in the past as a Late Telephone Service) builds upon the foundation laid by the College & Pro Football Newsletter by looking deeper into each college and pro matchup, digging into more of the statistics that are not available until mid week, and makes use of historical models that build upon data already accumulated during the current and prior seasons.

Of course, a major benefit of the Premium Selections Service is that the selections are able to consider injuries, other personnel moves that occur during the week and, perhaps most importantly, adjustments to the Opening Line which can often increase or decrease the attractiveness of a Newsletter Selection depending upon the direction and magnitude of the move or can turn Newsletter Opinions or Leanings into more strongly valued recommendations.

Unlike most handicapping services on the market at Logical Approach WE HAVE JUST ONE AND ONLY ONE Service and we do not have a 900 number. All clients of the Late Premium Selection Service receive the same, identical selections.

The Premium Selections Service runs through all post season College Bowls, the NFL Playoffs and the Super Bowl.

There is only a one time fee when you initially subscribe. We do not ask you for any additional fees to take advantage of any special promotions such as Thanksgiving Weekend, Homecoming Games, Conference or Other Games or the Year, etc. Although we may make such offers to the public at large, any such selections are included in the Late Premium Selection Service.

This is a single complete package that also has one additional benefit not offered by most other handicapping service -- the ability to have personal consultations during the season. Whether you have questions on the games we recommend, or questions on other games of interest to you, or questions on handicapping in general, as a subscriber to the Late Premium Selection Service you are entitled to telephone or e-mail Andrew Iskoe with your question and you will receive a prompt response by email, Instant Messaging online or by telephone (or a mutually agreeable time to continue the conversation will be set).

This benefit alone can be well worth several times the cost of the Service and makes Logical Approach rather unique in the Sports Advisory industry.

This is our 'bread and butter' Newsletter and has been successfully picking pointspread winners for over 25 years

The format is fairly simple and consistent having changed little over the past decade. Each week we provide our four best college selections and four best NFL selections and provide insightful analysis to support the selections. One of each is designated as out top Game of the Week and the other three in each category are designated as Featured Selections.

In addition we provide selections on all other lined college and pro games, designating them as either solid opinions (Best of the Rest) or merely leans (The Rest).

We also present selections for our best NFL Overs and Unders and present our top plays against the Money Line -- often underdogs we expect to win straight up at a nice price.

Each issue also contains commentary on issues of interest to bettors and handicappers or presents the results of some of our groundbreaking research that is conducted during the current season.

Subscribers also receive our highly informative Statistical Spreadsheet that provides some key statistics for each college and pro team including multiple sets of Power Ratings.

Although the selections are based upon our early analysis of the upcoming week's schedule and are subject to be modified for Late Premium Selection Service clients, the top selections are designed to stand on their own. College Totals are not included in the Newsletter as most Sports Book don't post college Totals until midweek. College Totals are included in the Premium Selections Service.

The undelying concept as to why we are successful in our Teaser recommendations is that the linesmaker can't have it both ways -- as the linesmaker sets a better line for the regular pointspread, Teasers become even more attractive with the additional six points added to the line.

The selections in this Newsletter are derived from the material in our highly acclaimed Pointspread Encyclopedia series of books that have been published annually for two decades. These books report how every pro and college team has fared against the pointspread in a variety of situations.

In essence, the selections are based upon historical trends, patterns and angles and the philosophy that the linesmaker, and consequently the betting public, consistently overrates or underrates teams in similar situations that repeat themselves.

The selections are basically mechanical in nature based upon formulas and algorithms we have successfully employed for many years.

This is a 'no frills' Newsletter that simply presents the selections without commentary. Selections, including NFL Totals, are rated on a 1 to 5 Star scale.
